How can I book my holidays?

Can I book my 2021 holiday with the voucher released in the 2020?
Yes of course. Our staff is at your disposal to make your reservation according to your wishes and our availability.
N.B.: The voucher can be transferred to family or friends but it has to be used for one unique reservation.
Is it necessary to book for a minimum number of days?
Normally in June, July and August the minimum stay is of one week, with arrivals and departures on Saturday or Friday, in other periods the minimum stay is of 3 days with free arrival and departure days. It’s possible to reserve for 10/11 days too.
Is it necessary to send a deposit?
To confirm the reservation definitely it is necessary to send a deposit of 30% (with a minimum of € 100) of the total amount of the price. You can pay in cash, by credit card, POS, check or bank transfer.
When I pay the balance?
You can pay the balance in cash (max € 1.999,00), with a check, credit card or POS.
If you want to pay with bank transfer, please 7 days before your arrival.
If I cancel my reservation, will I lose the deposit I’ve sent?
In case a reservation is cancelled at least two weeks before the arrival date and the cancellation is announced in written form you can receive a bonus corresponding to the sent amount of money, which can be used for a new reservation for the same year or the following one.
In case of cancellation from 14th day before arrival, the deposit will be withheld.
In case of NO SHOW, the deposit will be withheld and you will have to pay the balance of the reservation.
What does the price include?
The price is calculated daily for each apartment and it includes the expenses for the electric energy consumption, warm and cold water, air conditioning or heating, use of heated swimmingpool for children and adults, the assistance service and an included beach place for each apartment (1 sun umbrella, 1 sunchair and 1 sunbed). The price does not include the stamp of 2,00 Euros and the tourist tax.
Are there any extra costs to be paid at the check-in?
At customer’s request, other costs can be added such as the rental of sheets, beds, cots, 2nd beach place or beach place on 1st, 2nd or 3rd row, final cleaning or others.
Must a deposit be left upon arrival?
At the check-in a caution of 100,00€ is required. The deposit will be returned before the guest’s departure after checking the apartment; if the guests leave at night, the deposit will be sent at home.
On the check in date, from what time are the keys available?
The apartments will be available from 4:00 pm of the check in date. However, on request, if your apartment is already free and clean, we will be able to give the keys over in advance.
If I get there after the office closing time, where can I pick up the keys?
In case of late arrival, we will leave your keys in the safety boxes outside the village.
Up to what time shall I leave the apartment at checkout?
On the departure date, the apartments shall be vacated by 10:00 AM, to allow us to clean and ensure the entry of new guests. To avoid delays and inconvenience in the organization, the agency reserves the right to charge a fee for any delayed departures (after 10.00).
In which conditions should I leave the apartment on the day of departure?
The apartment shall be left in order and clean, with washed bathroom and floors, free from garbage, bottles and boxes, with the internal shelves of the furniture clean, the dishes washed and the refrigerator empty and defrosted leaving the fridge door open. Otherwise the cleaning costs will be charged, starting from Euro 50,00 depending on the degree of decay and dirt left. If the Client finds an inadequate level of cleanliness upon arrival in the apartment, he must notify the reception within the same day of arrival (or by the morning of the following day for arrivals after 19.00), in order to allow the rearrangement of the real estate unit.
What do I do if I have to depart earlier than checkout date?
In case of early departure or after hours, please notify it us the day before. The keys must be returned to the staff in the reception or in the post box for departures after hours
N.B .: In the event of early departure, the village is not required to return the fee and expenses already paid.
How is the apartment equipped?
The apartments are equipped with TV-Sat, safety-box, reinforced door, fridge and freezer, dish-washer, microwave, american coffee machine, kettle, dishes and pots, vacuum cleaner, drying rack.
There are a pillow and a blanket for each bed. If crockery or other kitchen equipment is missing, please contact our office immediately or the following day at the latest.
Is it allowed to smoke in the apartments?
In respect of all the tenants, we kindly ask you not to smoke inside the flats.
Is it possible to book for more people than the number indicated in the accommodation’s description?
It is forbidden to host more people than the number indicated in the Booking Proposal according to the number of beds; also children are considered as adults.
Are the interiors’ images I see on the website or in the catalogue specifically of the apartment I booked?
The interiors’ images on the website and in this catalogue have to be considered only as indicative.
Can I bring with me my pets?
Animals are not allowed.
